• No refunds or returns are offered on programing/calibrating services, as you are paying for the time and equipment needed, not just the intellectual property.
• No refunds or returns allowed on custom, high performance, or aftermarket parts. Once ordered, you own the part.
• All sales are final.

Limited Warranty Policy

• Warranty and Repair only applies to OE replacement parts and installation, and carries a warranty of 12,000 miles or 1 year from completion.
• No warranty is given for aftermarket, high performance, or race oriented parts installed.
• No warranty is given on parts or products purchased outside of KC Maxx Performance.
